High School Shenendehowa HS Purchase College junior Sarah Bopp had a strong start to her season, winning three individual events in her first two meets. Against William Paterson, Bopp captured the 500-freestyle and finished second in the 100-butterfly. She was also a doublewinner against Mount Saint Mary, winning both the 500-freestyle and 100-butterfly. She also swam well in the 1,000-freestyle, earning a second-place finish.
