Liz Hagner Award Player of the Week Week Of 3/28/2005 Sport Softball School Merchant Marine Year Position Hometown High School Weather continues to cause havoc with the Skyline Conference softball schedule, but the United States Merchant Marine Academy continues to play well when it takes the field. Kings Point received another strong performance this week from senior infielder Liz Hagner. Hagner batted .500, going 3-for-6 with four stolen bases as the Mariners split a doubleheader with Rutgers-Newark last week. Currently batting .609 on the season, she has struck out just once in 23 at-bats this season.
