High School Centereach HS St. Joseph’s College senior defender Elyse Tomasello’s defensive efforts helped the Golden Eagles to a 2-1 week. Marking the top scorers from New Jersey City, Sage and Lesley, Tomasello not only held her opponents scoreless, but she also did not allow a shot. St. Joseph’s dropped a narrow 2-1 decision to NJCU before picking up consecutive shutout victories over Sage and Lesley over the weekend.
