Nicole Zazzero Award Rookie of the Week Week Of 9/7/2010 Sport Women's Cross Country School Mount Saint Mary Year Freshman Position Hometown Brewster, N.Y. High School Brewster HS Mount Saint Mary College freshman Nicole Zazzero turned in an impressive debut in her first collegiate race. Zazzero led the Knights and finished 25th overall in the field of 99 runners at the 5K Vassar Invitational. Zazzero, who logged a time of 21:42, was the top finisher among Skyline Conference competitors. She led Mount Saint Mary to a third-place finish.
