High School Albany Academy Polytechnic Institute of NYU freshman Julian Wrede was unbeaten in singles and doubles play this past week. Wrede picked up wins at second doubles against York (N.Y.) and Mount Saint Mary. At second singles, he improved to 8-4 on the season with straight-set wins against York (6-0, 6-2), City Tech (10-0) and Mount Saint Mary (6-3, 6-0). Wrede helped the Fighting Blue Jays improve from 2-10 last season to 8-6 this year.
