High School Lindenhurst High School Farmingdale State College freshman Alex Bessarabov went 2-0 in both singles and doubles play for the Rams. Bessarabov paired with Chris Genzmann for an 8-5 win at second doubles against Brooklyn before earning a 7-5, 6-3 win at second singles. Against Mount Saint Mary he moved up to first singles and won 6-2, 6-2. He also paired with Genzmann for an 8-3 win at first doubles. Bessarabov is now 5-3 in singles play.
