Bard College sophomore outside hitter Maxwell Howard averaged 3.00 kills and 0.91 digs while hitting .380 (33-14-50) in three matches for the Raptors last week. In a 3-1 loss to sixth-ranked Stevens, Howard hit .320 with 13 kills and five errors in 25 attempts. He also hit .600 with 18 kills and only four errors in 27 attempts as Bard defeated Lehman 3-1 to close out its season with a 16-16 record.
