Freshman outside hitter Nick Chan continues to perform well for Bard College. In five matches last week, Chan averaged a team-leading 3.38 kills along with 1.81 digs per set while hitting .248 (54-25-117). In a key Skyline Conference victory over Purchase, he hit .333 with 12 kills and just four errors in 24 attempts. Chan was also named to the MIT All-Tournament Team after tallying 42 kills and 23 digs in the Raptors’ four matches. He had a team-leading 18 kills in a 4-set match versus Lasell.
