Skyline Conference

Freshman setter Chris Shank has played a key role in a turnaround season for Purchase College. In three matches last week, Shank averaged 8.50 assists along with 2.08 digs and 1.50 kills per set. In the Panthers’ 3-2 win over Mount Ida, Shank totaled 46 assists, 16 digs, four kills and a pair of aces. The rookie currently leads the Skyline Conference in assists with 8.80 per set. As a team, Purchase has more than doubled its win total from last season (4 to 9).
