Freshman guard Ashley Ruiz averaged 15.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 3.0 steals while shooting 11-for-17 (64.7 percent) for the College of Mount Saint Vincent last week. Ruiz notched a career-high 27 points on 10-for-11 shooting (6-for-7 on 3-pointers) in a 102-98 win over Farmingdale. She also added three steals, two rebounds and an assist.
