Freshman forward Margaux Pickell, the Skyline Conference’s leading rebounder, averaged 17.5 points and 17.5 rebounds in two games for Polytechnic Institute of NYU. In a 56-54 victory over Bard, Pickell had 21 points and 16 rebounds. She added 14 points, 19 rebounds and five assists in a loss to Purchase. Pickell, who played all 80 minutes, currently has recorded nine double-doubles in her first 11 games.
