Junior center Charlotte Renker led all players with 15 points and as many rebounds Saturday afternoon at the Kaplan Center, earning Most Outstanding Player accolades as second-seeded SUNY Old Westbury (23-3) won the 2018 Skyline Conference Women's Basketball Championship by a 53-47 margin at top-seeded Mount Saint Mary College (21-6).

The visiting Panthers, who won their second conference title in the last three seasons, now advance to next week's NCAA Division III Women's Basketball Championship. Selection of the 64-team field will be announced Monday (Feb. 26) at 2:30 p.m. Eastern on ncaa.com.

Tori Bellings added 14 points and four steals in the Old Westbury backcourt, while Monique Joseph registered eight points, 10 boards and five steals.

Mount Saint Mary senior Jessica Rini shot 7-for-13 from the field en route to a 14-point, seven-carom outing.

Old Westbury benefitted from a 52-37 rebounding margin, including 28 offensive boards that led to 17 second-chance points.
