Box Score

NEWBURGH, N.Y.|
Junior striker and most outstanding player Joey Dolan curled home a 35-yard free kick with six-plus minutes remaining Saturday afternoon at Kaplan Field, as top-seeded Mount Saint Mary College won the 2017 Skyline Conference Men's Soccer Championship by a 1-0 margin over second-seeded St. Joseph's College-Long Island.

The host Knights (12-7) have earned the Skyline's automatic bid to the 2017 NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Championship; that field will be announced via an online selection show on Monday (Nov. 6) at 1:30 p.m. on NCAA.com.

Tyler Rapp posted his seventh shutout of the season for Mount Saint Mary, while Dolan's tally was his school single-season-record-setting 18th marker of the campaign.
