Results

FLUSHING, N.Y.| Top-seeded Yeshiva University took home two out of three doubles matches and all completed singles matches Sunday night at USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, as the Maccabees (10-1) picked up their first-ever Skyline Conference Women's Tennis Championship by a 5-1 count over third-seeded Mount Saint Mary College (8-9).

Head coach Naomi Kaszovitz's YU side has earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2018 NCAA Division III Women's Tennis Championship -- the first-ever such bid for a Macs' women's team. The championship will take place in May.

Senior Shani Hava of Yeshiva was named Most Outstanding Player of the championship, after capturing victories at No. 1 singles and doubles in both of the team's matches in the tourney.
