Farmingdale State College freshman midfielder Pete Siemsen was selected Rookie of the Year. MONTCLAIR, N.J. – Junior attack Robert Sinicola is usually the one setting up goals for the Montclair State men’s lacrosse team. On Saturday, Sinicola turned into a scorer collecting five goals as No. 17 and top-seeded Montclair State captured its second straight Skyline Conference championship with a 12-8 victory over No. 2 seed Kean University at Sprague Field. Sinicola was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player.

Montclair State University junior midfielder Robert Sinicola recorded 22 points on eight goals and 14 assists as the 17th-ranked Red Hawk men's lacrosse team went 3-0 on the week. Sinicola, who currently leads the conference with 46 assists, was selected as the Skyline Conference Player of the Week for the second straight week.
